Hi, recently I have been eating a lot of sugary foods and have decided to stop eating chocolate and sweets and any thing else high in sugar. I have been doing this for about a week and am running out of things too eat, so what I’m looking for are some healthy snacks and not too expensive. Also I’m going for a 6 pack I can just about make out 4 muscles before I tense and when I tense I can see them easily. I do 50 sit ups and 25 press ups every night before i go to bed, is this a good time to do exercise ? Also what do you think about protein shakes are they good or bad.By the way I’m 14.
Oh and I’m not fat at all.

I just saw someone online saying that if dogs who have genetic health problems are fed a raw diet and you keep breeding them and keep all the dogs on a raw diet, eventually the genetic health problems would go away. He said that ALL of the health problems dogs have are because of kibble.
Opinions?? This sounds crazy to me!
ADD: I think a dog would be healthier on a raw diet, but it mainly helps with the simple things like the coat, skin, poop, sometimes goopy eyes and oozy ears, things like that, I don’t believe it can change genetics….
@tarielle_au – It’s all about genetics when it comes to breeding, genes make a dog, it’s not all about how your raise them or what you feed them, it’s always in the genes, sometimes like with fear or dental problems, training and food may HELP, but the problem would still be there in the genes and if bred would be passed down to the pups…
Which is why genetic health testing is so important! Even if your dog did not have any obvious problems you would still need to do genetic health testing! Then you would have to think about if the world really needed more pets.
@Jenny – I might also add that the man said " in a few short generations the genetic disorder will be gone", maybe after generations and generations or proper care (including nutrition) and good breeding the disorder might BEGIN to disappear, but nutrition would just be a contributing factor, not the entire reason…
Plus you are comparing rodents to canines, completely different animals…

I mean 85% of the uglier girls I see are either unhealthy, fat , lazy, or really looks like they hadn’t seen a shower since the dawn ages. So here’s my question, if ladies incorporated this into there daily life, would at least 85% of all uglier girls turn essentially into cute/ or hot ones. Now I’m not talking about skinny anorexic girls thinking there fat- that right there is unhealthy so It goes both fat and to skinny. So come on everyone what are your thoughts?

I must admit, I’m an unhealthy person. My ex boyfriend said I was fat, so I went to gym almost everyday and ate all healthy foods, but at the end of the day I felt horrible. I’m currently 5′2" and 62kgs, and want to get down to 50kgs asap. But I don’t want to ‘diet’. For the past few months I have been eating lots of take out and junk food, which caused me to get from 57kgs to 62kgs, but I’ve had enough of looking at myself in the mirror thinking "I’m disgusting." I’m not fat or anything, my BMI says I’m only just overweight, and since I’m short it shows a lot more.
So basically, if I eliminate my junk food intake, and drink only water instead of soft drinks etc, with this diet and some exercise, should I lose the 12kgs? And how soon?
Diet:
Breakfast – Bowl of All Bran cereal with light or full cream milk (whatever’s available) or toast with Vegemite or peanut butter, sometimes with a small mandarin, and also sometimes with a hot milo, mainly consisting of milk.
Snack – Piece of fruit
Lunch – chicken and cheese sandwich half the week and chicken and salad the other half. Sometimes I’ll indulge and have Subway or a chicken Cesar/chicken pasta salad.
Snack – Another piece of fruit
Dinner – whatever my Dad makes me, which usually consists of vegetables or salad, meat and potatoes or pasta/rice. (He’s an amazing cook and loves to experiment with flavours and different types of food… I won’t change my dinner diets.)
After dinner, if hungry: piece of fruit.
(My weakness is coffee… If I really want a coffee, I’ll get one. But I have no sugar in my coffee’s, and I generally only have one cafe style coffee every three days.)
I haven’t been attending gym recently much, but if I go for an hour Tuesdays and Thursdays focusing on cardio, and a little bit of muscle work, attend a Zumba class for an hour on Mondays, then walk about half an hour per day, should that be enough for weight loss?
Overall, should I see effects if I eliminate the junk food I’ve been having recently, maintain a healthy diet and attend gym and be as physically active as possible.

I’ve read books on medical astrology.
What I am asking about is specific recommendations for specific chart placements.
Thank you

Alright, I’m a vegetarian, I’m a very picky eater, but I do like basic foods and vegetables.( Ignore the fact that I do not like certain foods). I rarely eat breakfast in the morning because I never have an apatite in the morning, but I do know breakfast is the most important meal. I am not exactly malnourished but my immune system is very weak, but i’m not really skinny, but I am under average weight for my age and height. Can someone please tell me what I can eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What foods are good for me and can make me gain more weight and become healthy, these are the things I want to know. If someone could make me some type of simple ( Or even a detailed foods list, and their benefits) it would be much appreciated. Thanks for taking your time to read this.
