Vegetarian weight loss programme?
Posted on Sep 15, 2008 under Weight Loss | 25 CommentsDoes anyone know a diet or weight loss program that could suit a vegetarian (not vegan)? Seems to me most programs rely heavily on the meat/fish.

I would like to know if anyone know what are some good exercises to do at the gym to loss weight. I currently eat right and I walk 30 mins on treadmill I have the incline up and the treadmill says I burn about 300 calories and then I use this weight machine and its about 15 lbs I do 60 of those. Then I do the butt blaster 15 on each leg about 25 lbs then I do thighs the inner 80 and outter 80 (dont know the name of the machine) and then I do 50 crunches the 10 on each side the I go back to the treadmill for 30 minutes. I eat healthy small meals through out the day and I recently bought a sauna suit used it once and I sweat alot when I walk around the track outside I really like using that because I rarely sweat when I'm at the gym. I didnt loss weight yet not even 1 lbs. what am I doing wrong I go to the gym every day. Any suggestions?

Ok, I know the best way to the "tight tits" is the get them enlarged with silicone, or other methods. But for someone who is naturally endowed but just want a little more "liftment" what can be done to have this naturally? I remember seeing women on TV with their palms together squeezing them praying to the breast gods for firmess. What other exercises can be done that was proven that can bring those babies up perky? I'm just keeping it real yall!
Made a hawaiian type marinade and was gonna put on the grill till it started to rain…:( Wanna put in the oven…4 boneless breasts, covered or uncovered? How long? What temp? Thanks!!
I like chicken breats soaked in buttermilk-then put into flourw/salt & pepper. Then fry in a mixture of oil and butter! bye
I haven't shopped in them before but I really want to try some health foods and see if it really makes a difference.
