People say it works your chest and could make your boobs smaller, and some say it'll make them bigger!! HELP i don't want to lose my boobs!!! *Does working out your chest make breasts smaller?*****

Um yes I know that and thats why I asked what are the steps.Like are there certain restrictions or certain things I have to proove before the insurance will pay.
