I used to weight196 pounds and im 6'0 but its been a year… and due to a lot of drama… personal problems… And 2 Torn Muscles in my ankle I gained a lot!!! of weight… I just tried dieting b4. but there was too many things going on…but anyways… i just wanted too kno if u guys have any tips…oh yea im 6'1 now and 242 down from 247 =) u start somewhere lol…im Dieting and exercising in the morning and afternoons…but what can i do to increase my weight loss ?

I'm on a very limted budget ($1000 a month) and I'm trying to save time and money while losing weight.
I've devised a plan that involves eating the same meal 3 times a day (which doesn't bother me), but I'm concerned about the health effects. The meal consists of one Ensure (dietary supplement drink), one Power bar (a health bar) and 3 tablspoons of Peanut Butter & Jelly blend.

Here are the figures:

Total Calories per meal: 710
Total Fat per meal : 17g (5g saturated fat)

Vitamins & Minerals (per meal, in %DV per 2000 calorie diet)

Daily figures for these would be x3, so I'm getting plenty of my vitamins and 2100 calories.

Are there any concerns for this plan over the short, medium, and long term?
I forgot to list the Protein content. Its 27g per meal or 81g per day. Is that close enough to 90?
Dietary Fiber is 6g per meal, or 18g per day. What's necessary?

So I'm 15 and probably 145 lbs. I'm very curvy(natural curves). But i have big thighs and i have "love handles" lol. i need dieting tips. it's hard for me to go on one because my family LOVES food so i always have hardy foods in the house. i have fruits and veggies, it's just that i see the unhealthy food "more". i usually will have a cereal for breakfast, a wrap and fries and tea(green tea, white tea, crystal light tea) for lunch, and hardy meal for dinner. i usually have a choice for dinner. snacks are my enemy lol. HELP ME! i'm not some weight obsessed girl. i just want to be healthy!! p.s.- i don't really have time to excercise!! i'm busy with things like homework. thanks for any advice ;]
by they way, my teas are healthy. they are the diet ones. 0 calories and have lots of antioxidants. it's not like i'm drinking sweet tea. OH! and i forgot to add that i'm 5'8! ;]
