For the past year my body has been on a downward slide. And after my birthday I gained an extra eight pounds, which put everything out of whack. I have been going to the gym, but i am wondering what kind of exercise is the best to loose the weight, and get my body back? Like circiut training or jogging or whatever. Thanks for all your help.

I am 4'9" and have an athletic shaped body, in other words, I'm slightly stalky. Many people say I have a gymnist body. But anywayz, i'm looking for a cocktail dress that will make me look more feminine. What kind of dress is good for me? One with straps, or halter top style or no straps?

Hi,
A few months ago I was an athletic person, totally committed to my track training and gym. I had a lean appearance.
I went around europe for a month, and during that time I developed bad eating habbits such as going to McDonalds for meals amongst a new craving for ice cream.
Now since being back home, i'm finding it hard to kick the habit of overeating - not junk food but eating bigger portions of everything - fruit, muesli, vegetables.
Annoyingly out of all this, my body shape has grown. I'm looking more amped up physically - wider chest, bigger muscles but cardiovascularly wise im not up to scratch.
My thighs and bum seems to pick up the fat of something i eat. So what im asking, is for anyone who's been in this boat, how did they overcome this lack of self-confidence?

I am habituated for crossdressing from my age of 10 years.My desire has steeply increased in several folds.as age is advancing my youmg look is slowly decreasing,thereby my feminine look is gradualy reducing.I wish to use female horomones for stoping my male hormones activity,and improve my feminine look.Which horomnes are best

Does it cause things like mental illness, like bipolarness, lung disease etc… I'm talking about if you smoke it pure, and occasionally…
And what about if you bake it? is that better?(but more expensive?)
