new jersey used to let you smke inthe smokng sections or bas but i think that just changed and they are considering legislation to make it illegal to smoke in public places.
hawaii and nevada and texas are still smoker friendly
tennesse, kentucky, new mexico and mississippii are a few more
smoker friendly ? its banned in resturants now here in ga , you can still smoke like outside of some where , im not sure how strict the laws are else where , but there was talk here of trying to pass a ban of smokeing pretty much any where in public , i dont see that happening really ! do you ..

just dotn smoke in buildings and in big crowds u will be fine ca do it while ur drivin down the road or at ur house
