My better half drinks 14litres of diet pepsi a day,will this effect his health and how do i get him to stop?

My weight 129bl and tall 5'5 BUT..most of my weight is fat I have belly and I'm soo skinny my chest skinny ,but when I gained weight get in my thigns and my abdominal region, beside I have 2 kind of anemia ( B12 & Iron deffiencey)
I'm all time watching what I eat :vegetables, fruits, no cans or fast food.Beside I'm under medications for my anaemias, BUT I didn't check about blodd yet.
I make Exercise everyday about 15 mintues and hiking about weekends sometimes,I said that's may help me some But I'm still gain weight with belly fat fat .

Did drinking alcohol, smoking, exercise or lack of lead to your current health problems? or the health porblems of those you know your age? My mother is 73 smikes, drinks and is diabetic and could care less. The average age expectancy in my family is mid to late 70's for smokers and drinkers. The others lived to be an average of 84.

I use 20 Ibs. in each hands for 25 reps. do push ups 50 every other day and add one to every other session. I run 8 miles per day along with situps 50 per day and increase one every other day. Do u think that Is good enough to build a good physic body. I weight 147 who is 5 7' and 18 years old.
