Fancy yourself a proofreader? Like to read controversial material about health and diet?

I have tried to hire pros but been VERY disappointed…I do not want a lesson in grammar book for school kids. My book is controversial and written in a chatty style, a lot different than normal books… most people love it and call it a masterpiece. In fact, the only people who complain are pro editors who can’t get over the fact that I use CAPS for emphasis and a bad word here and there. Further, I talk so people can UNDERSTAND, not only for the super intelligent.
