I think that it could damage your liver. The liver filters out toxins, and needs water to do that. She could be dehydrated. Its good to drink about 4-5 of them bottles of water a day.Your body is made up of water, and needs that to run.I imagine that her teeth aren't too well either, with drinking sodas all her life.I feel alot better since drinking as much water as i could in the last 6 months.I don't feel sluggish no more. And my pee is not a dark yellow, which means that your liver isn't good. She only lives once, so make it count!

The body needs water to regulate temperature and perform normal digestive functions. Of course, other beverages and food have water in them, but it is best to drink several 8oz glasses of water per day as well.

  3. Water makes up about more than 75% of your body. My friends mother is in the hospital for servere dehydration. Her organs began to shut down due to lack of water. So grab a bottle and chug. I recommend aquafina.
