whats the law on underage drinking on school property in pa?

I assume that this is high school? I'm not sure of the law in PA, but in NY the person that gave you the beer would be in more trouble than you. Depending on your school and whether or not they wanted to make an example, you could be suspended or expelled — that would be a district policy item more than a law.

expulsion is probably the most obvious.. and the main thing i would worry about.. and as far as im concerned.. you deserve it..

As far as the law is concerned, you will likely be charged with posession at least, but possibly public drinking/drunkenness as well. As far as the school is concerned, you will likely be recommended for expulsion.
