Training for a marathon, IT Band problems. Need help to continue training! What has worked for you? Stretches and exercises requested, por favor.
This is what I do.. 6 days a week I walk 2 miles in 30 min and do the basic Tae Bo workout viedo. Plus 3 times a week I do pilates ab sculpting and bun and thighs workouts. We are going to Florida in June and I'm trying to loose the extra pounds I put on when I was pregnant. Will this work??? Thanks
(Except for push ups.)
