You're on a deserted island with no water or food. Doctors say you can drink your own urine, but no one elses. Doctors say you can eat the other human waste (you know the word–has the word "hi" or "hit" in this 4-letter word. Would you drink & eat the above to stay alive till help arrived?

My princess is barely eating & drinking since she went into heat… is this normal?
I am a "lightweight" but I can feel these effects even with one non-alcoholic beer. Hard to describe, but I feel it as a "clouding" or "buzzing" in my head, and I typically will get pretty sleepy. Other beverages (gin, vodka, whiskey, etc) don't seem to affect me in quite the same way. Could I be allergic to tannins?
