norwegian cruise line (norwegian dawn – carribean trip – new york). i went on a cruise on them lst year and i really enjoyed the whole cruise. i also have asthma (although not severe) and i found out that they really clean out the cabins and suites right after a guest leaves (and even when the guests are still on board). some of their function areas and amenities are strictly for non smokers. enjoy!

I am not sure about other cruise lines but Holland America uses machines that specifically clean the air, there like gaint ionizers and clean the air of any impurities and smells
