I am on coumadin therapy due to an artificial aorta valve
my sister is 300lbs and shes only 13 years old!! i keep telling her to go on a diet but shes not listening what should i do? She keeps saying its hard, if you know any diets that are easy please let me know.
give me some diets facts or easy diets ,and some things that could help her. asap please.

because I really don't know anymore.because if you're skinny,they're gonna tell you to eat more,or they will accuse you of being anorexic.and if you're a bit chunky,tey call you names and tease you and bla blah blah.it just seems like no matter what body you have,it is always going to get criticized.and don't give me that everyone is beautiful crap.because I know you're just saying that to make me feel better.so give me your honest answer please

Waist:26.5"
Bust:37"
Fullest part of thigh: 37"
My parents and relatives keep telling me I need to lose some fat, become more toned and everything!
My mum has the same shape as me (very curvy, quite full saddlebags!) and she keeps insulting that shape, which is really knocking my confidence.
How do I accentuate my shape without trying to "reduce the appearance" of my thighs and bum, but making the most of them??!?
Well, I feel like my legs are too skinny! I don't want to get tiny ankles…and I need to lose my waist to even out my legs and upper body.
I'm not bothered doing crunches…….
A skinny upper body and larger legs look good.
I'm not apple shape, but I'm trying hard (not really) to avoid it.
So, my questions are:
A) How do you lose the waist
B) Sounds stupid, but is there a way to deposit fat on my legs (instead of waist)?
