Waist and body shape?
Posted on Mar 01, 2009 under Body shape | 1 CommentWell, I feel like my legs are too skinny! I don't want to get tiny ankles…and I need to lose my waist to even out my legs and upper body.
I'm not bothered doing crunches…….
A skinny upper body and larger legs look good.
I'm not apple shape, but I'm trying hard (not really) to avoid it.
So, my questions are:
A) How do you lose the waist
B) Sounds stupid, but is there a way to deposit fat on my legs (instead of waist)?
