I'm a conference call operator & I basically sit on my butt for 9 hours every day. I get to the gym a few times a week but I'd still like to be doing more for my body while I'm sitting @ work staring at a computer screen. What are some exercises I can do while sitting at my desk?

Ive had 3 kids pretty mcuch back to back, and while I am overweight, my 15's still fit except for around my tummy. I need a quick exercise that will tone up my tummy muscles fast…Can Someone PLEASE help me…im not rich so joining a gym or getting a personal trainer is out. Ive already cut back calories and I eat pretty healthy..ive been doing crunches and sit ups with my daily exercise, Im losing weight but the pooch is still there…HELP!!!!!

I don't usually do crunches. Well last night I did quite a few, and today I am really sore. I want to continue doing them today, but they are still soo sore. Would it be ok to still do them. Or should I give them a break?

Whenever I'm running on the treadmill or riding stationery bikes at the gym, they always display MET's. What the heck is that?

I just recently started to excercise. How long should my cardio sessions be and when should I start to see results.
