no way i like my cigs baby

  3. I wish! Then we'd be able to breathe a bit easier. It IS a real health issue that people accept and say there's nothing we can do about it or those who b**** about it with no effort to confront the issue.

  4. Yes.

  5. people have been smoking for a very long time and has just recently been deemed unappropriate by some. Why should it suddenly be outlawed when it's one of the few freedoms Americans can still engage in. It's really no worse than your car exhaust now is it.

  6. It should at least be outlawed in restaurants.

  7. NO!

I'm a non-smoker, but all this "outlawing" is too much.

    Outlaw outlawing!!

Smokers are annoying, but only half as annoying as anti-smokers.

  8. SHOULD DRINKING BEER, WHISKEY, ETC. BE OUTLAWED IN AMERICA AS A SMOKER I HAVE RESPECT FOR OTHERS I DONT SMOKE IN MY HOUSE OR ANYONE ELSES PEOPLE ARE ON SMOKING ALL THE TIME BUT DONT THINK WHAT DRINKING DOES TO THEM OH IT MAKES THEM HAPPY THINK ABOUT IT IT HARMS YOU ALSO BUT NO ONE THINKS ABOUT THAT

  9. condaleeta rice Says:

Definately. It is nearly completely banned in Australia. Soon the only place you will be able to smoke down here, will be in your own home with no children and non-smokers present and only if you have a purifier to clean the air before it escapes outside.

As much as I would like to say yes I cant because its a way of life for some people and why should we talk it away…

  11. No we are all ready lossing to many right/////

  12. teddybear_1829 Says:

yes and no. I strongly dislike the fact that so many people smoke. I feel like even though they don't care about their bodies doesn't mean they can polute mine. However I also strongly believe in the freedom of having choices.

  13. Miss.Cappuccino Says:

No,that's like asking for more crime. That's like asking for a certain about of food each household can be allowed to buy because, we have the highest population of over weight people and the health cost on that is high also. We'd have more crime of stealing food.

  14. Yes, I can't stand people who smoke. These people want to die young and they want to take the second hands smokers with them. That is not fair for the nonsmokers.

  15. witchy_mich Says:

THIS IS SUPPOSEDLY A FREE COUNTRY!!! WHAT A JOKE!!! THEY will be limiting how many children we can have soon. Make us abort because we've already had 2.5 kids…This is the only frigin' country that has a problem with smoking… Our "country" says its bad for us, killing us… when actually its the polution and greenhouse gases, our Factories put out that is MUCH worse!! Why dont we put a couple more milion cars on this planet!?! Its the Sh!t in the AIR thats killing us, not a natural plant such as tobacco!

  16. Nizudar Desleigher Says:

Yes, along with alcohol, abortion, guns, knives, ugly people, medication, driving, running, dancing, foods that come from animals, sports, and religion.

  17. Paranormal Princess Says:

No, smoking should not be outlawed in America. While smoking does harm people physically, I think it should be an individual person's choice to either smoke or not smoke. If the government outlawed smoking, then they'd be interfering with our lives more than they already are.
The less the government interferes with our personal lives, the better.
