What are the "house rules" for smoking marijuana that you go by?

for example, Person who rolled the joint/blunt gets first hit.

If you don't smoke, there are no "house rules" that you CAN go by… just like you can't go by any "house rules" to monopoly if you don't play.

House rule: do it outside, in your car, or wherever as long as it is away from the neighbors in your building. Can somebody please pass this message on to my neighbor? He smokes weed twice a week.
