I have finally realized what a lazy person i have been all these days and how this has affected myself as a whole.I have become an emotional eater and due to ups and downs in my life…i gained about 40 lbs last year. Now I look fat, feel fat and have lost my confidence. I am scared about my health and its outcomes.. Is there any way in which i can lose these 40 lbs in atleast a year from now….without exercising?? Also i am a vegetarian….plz help!

He has arthritic knees and a vertigo problem. He has no
teeth, therefore, is unable to eat crunchy food. I need

I've started working out since January. I go and either walk or run on the treadmill at least 3 times a week. I drink plenty of water before and after exercising, and stretch for at least 5 minutes before I get on the treadmill. When I'm done working out, my calves and thighs hurt really badly. Does anyone know why this is?
