Posted on May 23, 2009 under Smoke | 7 Commentsi smoke about 5 cigarettes a day. I exercise for about 60 minutes and i take a low salt diet.My BP normally is 120 / 80. after a smoke it changes. I am 44 years of age with no history of cardiac related problems.
I smoke,i have dark lips on my upper and bottom and i want it make it red.Any suggestions?
