I usually exercise evening at 10-11pm and sometimes morning 6am. Just a basic exercise like dancing and sit-up.

I noticed everytime I use my computer like now, those pains will come, but when I do something else like sit down and watch TV those pains dont seem to be there. I tried changing the level of my computer chair, but it didnt help.The aches are mostly on the left side.

I just did my 1st tattoo and I'm wondering can I exercise the next day? If no, I must rest for how many days?
I did it on the right side of my lower back, around a palm size.
