Monte Cristo – Turkey, ham and chicken with mozzerella cheese on 2 slices of bread that have been dipped in egg and fried. A side of ketchup, and to drink, a virgin Shirley Temple. (Basically orange juice with sprite and cherry flavouring.)
A whole loaf of foccacia for a bun, with smoked turkey, bacon, ham, roast beef, smoked cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, jalepenos, cucumbers, sprouts, and lots & lots of spicy brown mustard and mayo. And of course a side of onion rings with ketchup and mustard and a big bloody mary with extra garlic hot sauce and pickled asparagus in it. Then for dessert some Corona with lime would be perfect. And just so you all know, I don't share!
Thick pieces of bread, pepper jack cheese, spicy ham, liberal amount of lettuce, olives, and a few slices of bell pepper. A glass of ice water and some carbonated beverage with it.
I'd like a buttered turkey sandwich from Cornwell's Turkey Farm at Turkeyville U.S.A. (near Battle Creek, Michigan) with a big piece of their homemade peanut butter pie and a big glass of iced tea.
