How do you get rid of burnt hair smell from hair.?

I used a hair straightener on my daughters hair (biracial hair). It burnt it really bad so I had to get her hair cut. After 2 washings it still stinks like burnt hair. I tried lemon juice and nice smell hair products but it still is bad. Any suggestions????
My daughter is 4 years old. I used the Maxiglide straightener….which I have used several times on her hair before. Maybe it was a malfunction with the iron. It has been wonderful previously.

My 6 year old is having hair loss, headaches everyday not eating and diarrhea everyday what could be wrong?

She is always pale with sunk in eyes, she doesn’t sleep much the smell of most foods makes her ill, and usually has a hard time being around people eating. She doesn’t eat very much at all herself, it almost hurts her to eat.
To clear up she has been to plenty of doctors, and went through 2 years of therapy for an "eating disorder" which was no help. She is at the doctor all of the time. I was looking for someone who could lead me in the right direction or someone who has been through this before. Any ideas would be helpful, I am at my wits end.

Girls! Hair removal..what is the best?

Ok, I have very pale skin.. and dark, almost black hair on my arms and legs. I mostly just shave my legs, but because my skin is so pale you can still see the dark hair just under the skin, and stuble grows back within hours. >_<… I’ve never shaved my arms though I hear most every one does it. I don’t want my arms to look as bad as my legs.
Anyways. Is there a good or better way to get rid of the hair on my arms. I want to try waxing but I waxed my legs once and when the hair grew back it looked like I had a horrible rash from all the bumps and ingrown hairs. It lasted for weeks. I don’t want that on my arms.
