diet, exercise, and other health questions?! help!!?

I am planing on getting a stability exercise bike soon and I was just wondering a few things. The reason I am getting the exercise bike is because I am trying to get in better shape. I am not fat, i know that but I have these small love handles that i would just love to get rid of as soon as possible. I was wondering if riding this bike would help with my love handles?? would it decrease them? And if it can help them, how many miles should i bike a day? please keep in mind I have school, so anytime from 7am- 3pm Monday-Friday, I obviously cannot ride the bike. So how many miles do you think I should ride for, to get the maximum amount of weightloss, exercise, and calories burned?

also I was wondering what you thought of my daily diet. I want to lose weight, not becasue I am over-weight/fat, but just for myself. I have a little extra on me that I would really like to get rid of around my hips/love handle area, and underneath my belly button.

So this is my usual daily diet:

5:30am – whole grain cereal, with 5 rasberries or 5 blackberries and a glass of soy milk (silk is the brand of soymilk by the way)
11:00am – granola bar or special k bar
3:00pm – sliced fat free chicken on 2 slices of whole grain bread with green tea
4:00/5:00pm – reduced fat string cheese or granola bar
6:00pm – lean cuisine
7:00pm – weight watchers ice cream bar or yoplait frozen whips

The reason there is such a big gap from one meal to another is because of school. But my basic plan for this daily diet is low calorie, low fat/no fat, low sugar/no sugar, and overall healthy. So what do you think of it? I am not starving myself whatso ever, I could never do that even if I wanted to. But will this eating plan help me lose any weight along with exercise?

I have heard about the acia berry pills, but I am only 14 and I dont know if something like that is safe for me? But really please just focus on my questions, and only give me feedback on my questions.

Your body’s energy needs are based on your diet, your activities and your
-General health
-Basal metabolism
-Degree of obesity
-Endocrine function

It’s one of these four and I can’t seem to find it. Please help

Okay so, on an average day I would eat something along the line of;

–2 slices of plain wholemeal toast
–1 apple
–Dinner – You know yourself, veg,meat,potatoes or pasta like – I don’t do fast food very much
–Special K
–Yoghurt/Sandwhich/Apple
Drink about 750mls of water in school..
Sometimes like a dessert like jelly or something..
I walk home from school which is about half an hour.

What adjustments could I make to my diet?
I want to lose weight on my legs and tone my belly in particular
I’m about 5′6 and 9stone5lbs.

And I do horse rinding on the weekends =P
Oh and is yogaa good? As in the DVD’s??

Shoulders:35 inches
Bust:28 inches(30AA)
Waist:22 inches
Hips:31-31.5 inches (size 00-0 in jeans)

And are my high-thighs big? The measurement is 16 (wrapped around).

What is my body shape? i am 17 and 5′1 (157cm) and my measurements are hips:35, waist:28 and bust:34.
So what sort of shape would i be?

My butt is uneven (one cheeks is bigger) and it causes my body to be really pear shaped. Can i shrink my butt?
