  3. I remember Jack Lalaine used to have a pretty good one. It started out as an exaggerated pucker and spread out from this point into what I would describe as the "wind tunnel face", that is, something like an exaggerated surprised look with the mouth wide open. Then repeat as necessary.

They say to say your ABC’s with exagerated mouth openings! I cant exactly SHOW u ! lol By stretching your face and mouth when you say each letter. MAN its hard to say it and NOT show it! lol

  5. Best facial exercise 1/ smile alot uses – more facial muscles than frowning so less chance of wrinkles.2/ Exercise those facial muscles with finger massage using upward towards the hair line do not pull skin gently use small outward circle movements. 3/ Underneath chin with back of hand light fast tapping/chopping to stop double chin 20/50 x twice daily.4/ Place the index finger to brow and thumb under the chin in an open hand, open mouth as wide as possible and hold for 2 seconds relax and perform 20/50 x twice daily too tone skin on face and reduction of flabby shin after about 1 week. You may need to change your diet which may be to high protein and thus eliminating bad breath, gargle in a little TCP diluted by 5 times amount of water to Tcp preferably boiled water and cooled. You might have underlying indigestion problem if your tongue is furred just make visual check .Regards and good luck.
