  1. any kind is better than nothing. cardio is the best for losing weight quickly

  2. All of them. Get a "Exercise for Dummies" book.

  3. All the drs recommend at least to walk 30 mins a day to stay in shape

    definately sit ups! I do 100 everyday and then I feel great !

  5. to tone thighs and hips try balancing on a ball stretched out from ball of foot and squat up and down

  6. RUN!!!
