What are safe, effective pre-natal exercises that will target the thighs and butt?

Looking for exercises for my wife who is complaining about a droopy butt and fatty upper thighs. HELP!!!!

  1. Put both her hands on the top of chair or rail. Slowly kick her leg back. Fully extend. It will tighten her butt for sure.The same exercise will burn the fat off her thigh at the same time. More she does the more result she will see.
