Push-ups. Then use dumbbells while sitting focusing on the various moves your arm makes. Make sure you stretch before and after to warm up and then warm down again after exercises.
If i were you, I’d grab two heavy books, one in each hand, and do bicep curls, which is bending at your elbow and bringing the weight up. Another VERY useful thing I’d say is push-ups. I’ll tell you upfront that you won’t develop a lot of muscle or strength in only a week, but if you keep doing it often, eventually you will increase your strength.
For easier push-ups, if you can’t do the one that you put you feet and hands on the floor, put your hands on the floor, but put you legs (from your knees down) on a couch and low bed or something like that. As you get stronger, go from mainting your weight in the sofa up to you knees, to only with your feet, and then when you feel stronger, go ahead and do on the floor with your feet.
Hope that helped.

25 LB dumbells (there are tons of things you can do with them to strengthen almost every muscle in your arm) everything takes work though
