Squats! They’ll help you burn fat in that area while toning the existing muscle into a master piece! Trust me! I can’t seem to pull myself out of the full length mirror when my adonnis frame passes by! I’m so hot!
I’ve always found cycling and swimming helps. Assuming you don’t have access to either of these, don’t underestimate simple exercises like push-ups and sit-ups for firming up your lower body and behind.
If starting new exercise regimes always start slowly and if in any doubt talk top your doctor.
