Men have run the world and they’ve made a mess of it, should women take over and fix it?

Men have run the known world since the beginning. For the most part, they run the head of the home, head the majority of religions(are THE religious leaders), head fortune 500 companies, governments and politics.
women come second and many times not at all. take any history class and you’ll know this.
Men have waged wars, whether political or religious. they have colonized the world and killed millions of native people’s.
Could things have been better run by women? all PMS jokes aside, women are natural communicators and they don’t let their pride (or machismo) get in the way.
Why are men so scared to let women into power?
