Exercise tips?

Im a teen losing weight and im a big guy, but I want to be lean and fast. I am 15 and weigh 190 (I use to weigh 240) now im planning to loose the other chunks of fat i have. What kind of
exercises can i do, to make me lean and fast. I want to look skinny, but at the same time have muscles. Right now im very slow. Want can I do. I don’t have, but one 15 pound weight and a jump rope and i really dont to buy anything else. Also what kinds of foods.

  1. That’s really all you need. You need to start with some cardio to help burn fat, this includes walking, jogging, anything fast paced. To build muscle, use your 15 lb weight and do some arm curls, etc. Just don’t over do it.

    eat lean proteins, low fat/diet snacks, and lots of fruits/veggies.
    I would switch everyother day between cardio/weight training to get rid of fat and create more muscle. Good luck!!! I’m half-dieting right now….I’m lazy!!

  5. cardio is good, u can try running and eating small portions of food & try not eating past 6 or 7pm also lots of water good luck
