I am worried about telling them because my father happens to be a local officer here in town.
I have only been smoking for about 3 years and I really want to quit but I havent been able to do it. Ive tried cold turkey, Ive tried other things but nothing seems to work.
I did not use any patches or drugs that the fda wants us to use. I kinda feel that by using these crutches is giving the tobacco industry more of my money. not only did they lie about ciggarette smoking, and cause us and our families deaths and heart disease, but now they want us to pay 20x the amount of a pack of ciggarettes to buy a nicotine patch that they should be paying for. It’s ironic isnt’ it??
The skin on my face is elastic, and can be streched a little more than normal. this has caused the skin under my eyes to droop, causing very obvious black circles under them. when i stretch the excess skin under my eyes to the side, the darkness dispears. Anyone know if i am maybe lacking vitamins or something. anyway to help reduce this?
I wash my face with a cleanser in the morning and Noxema at night, but my pimples have just gotten worse! Do i leave it on longer, or what?
