The best plan for you is one you develop with the help of your doctor, dietitian, and/or trainer. No one here can tell you what’s best for you. But a good multivitamin is very important to ensure you are receiving the needed nutrients. A doctor or dietitian/nutritionist can help you develop eating habits to optimize your nutrient intake and lower your saturated fat intake. Any health care plan should also include a solid workout plan. This site can help you get started, by researching under articles, but any plans that you consider trying should be shown to your doctor before doing so, just to be safe:
