i need help with health and dieting?
Posted on Feb 08, 2010 under Diet and health |if i ate a microwave dinner each day for dinner, but ate healthy food for breakfast and lunch each day, plus i worked out 5 times a week, what would happen? would i be in good or bad health? thanks!

you would probably be considered "good". just watch the nutrition table in the choice of tv dinner. some are wildly overdone on salt (some are 600 to 700 mg sodium & others are 1300 or more). the heavier the salt, the worse it is for you.
