Is this a bad answer for health- diet and fitness.?

someone wanted to know how to lose weight cause they wanted to shed some pounds in a month so I typed this below–and two people thumbs down my answer. I honestly dont see whats bad about it, but if you guys let me know, i think i’ll understand better.

eat 1,200 calories a day

drink a lot of water.

eat a lot of fruit and vegetables- you can substitute candy with FRUIT. more healthy

eat six small meals a day( that way you won’t get hungry)

Run for at least 30- 40 minutes a day or just be active and play some sports or something

don’t eat processed sugars

don’t drink sodas.

Im pretty sure you’ll start losing weight if you do this.
but 1,200 calories is still healthy, but you just shouldn’t go lower than that.

  1. calories are a little low. around 1400-1500 would be better

    Dont let people thumbs downing your answers bother you, plenty of people on here dont know what theyre talking about. Or they thumbs down other answers so theirs gets picked for best.

    Don’t get bent out of shape over some thumbs down you got. Everybody is entitled to their opinion. As for your dietary plan, I would up the caloric intake a bit, and give a set amount of water. Fruit juice is also beneficial. Also, add nuts, and lean meat. Other than that, your plan seemed like a lot better option than some diet plans I have seen sell millions of books.

  3. just increase the cholesterol level and 3 times meals in day .take good vegetables and fruits good for you .
