I lost 35lbs. last year and I’m proud to say it is off for good.
I stopped eating manmade foods…like I ate meat and veggies/fruits…and I worked out every day but when I started working out two times a day for an hour each time…doing cardio and weights I lost all the weight much quicker.

A balanced diet and exercise. It’s important to expend more calories in a day than you take in. That’s the only way to actually lose the weight. Walking is a great form of exercise and easy. It really works. It’s hard for me to get out of the house because I’m absolutely not a morning person and I’ve got 4 kids at home, so during the day I walk in circles around my living room furniture or through my living, dining, foyer and kitchen which make a circle in the middle of my house. I also use my stairs as my own personal stairmaster. You don’t necessarily have to leave your house or have specialized equipment to exercise effectively.
Burn more calories than you take in, an 1800 calorie a day diet is good, you have to have cardi in your routine, it helps you burn more calories, now add in some weight training a few days a week this is due to the fact that the more muscle you have the more calories your burn, put that all together with a low fat diet(you can slurge now and then) and you have a safe healthy lifestyle
