Retin A cream or gel applied three times a week before bed and then every night if tolerated. Can be expensive over the counter by Oil of Olay or Neutrogena, but if you see a dermatologist, you can get samples and a prescription.
Large pores are genetic. Retin A increases cell turnover, making it so the pores do not clog up and are less visible.
There are ton’s of great skin products out there on the market. Go take a look. Make sure you are using non-pore-clogging products that are hypoallergenic so that you don’t add to your problem. Best of luck!
