no… because a good diet is important for your health. as is some for of exercise – even if its just walking….

i cant be bothered explaining more…

but those people that say they are still healthy when they dont do any exercise and eat only take away crap have not idea what their insides look like!!….

  2. Not really.

Humans need a certain amount of nutrients, vitamins, and so forth. If they don’t get them, chemical processes in the body will fail.

Likewise, your body, in its idle state, only uses up a certain number of kilojoules (differing depending on age and gender). If you consume more food, you need to work it off, or it will be stored as fat. That happens. Additionally, your muscles will begin to atrophy if not used enough, and basically your general state of health will decline.

You don’t need to pump iron and stick to a rigidly-defined diet to be healthy, but you can’t be stupid about it either. You should be active to at least some extent- normally walking around a bit is enough, so long as you aren’t eating ridiculous amounts of food.

  3. No. The healthiest people in the world exercise and eat mostly a vegetarian diet. Excess consumption of animal proteins and refined foods along with a sedentary lifestyle is a quick way to diseases such as osteoporosis, heart disease, cancers, diabetes, and a general feeling of lethargy and depression.
