When you quit smoking, is it normal after 30 days to be cranky and shakey???

I kinda feel that by using these crutches is giving the tobacco industry more of my money. not only did they lie about ciggarette smoking, and cause us and our families deaths and heart disease, but now they want us to pay 20x the amount of a pack of ciggarettes to buy a nicotine patch that they should be paying for. It’s ironic isnt’ it??

Thanks! That makes me feel great! I quit after 18 years of smoking, and wasn’t cranky or shaky! That was two years ago…

Eat lots of chewable Vitamin C!!!
Yes, it’ normal. Especially if you’ve used patches, gum, or medication. None of these worked for me.
I used a group hypnosis session … and hypnosis CD’s with daily massages <even the massage products you get at Bed Bath & Beyond work!> … The massages <make sure it’s got accupuncuture> really take the stress and shakeyness out of you.
I’d recomend going to Barnes & Noble <or anywhere u can listen to CD’s before buying> find the "New Age" stuff and look for meditative relaxing CD’s … then goto Bed bath & Beyond or Sharper Image and by a massage chair that has accupuncture <$100.00>.

yup. that’s normal coz ur body’s hungry 4 nicotine..
always have a chewing gum or eat sweet candies so ur mouth wont have a dry sensation
