If a man washes a dish, and no woman is around to see it, did it happen?

Why do women have so much hatred for men who are romantic and gentlemen?

Ladies!! If a man is alone in the woods, and asks a question that no woman hears, is he still wrong?

WOMEN- Do you think a man who knows a lot about diamonds and how to buy the best is sexy (if OK looking)?

Posted on Feb 23, 2010 under Man and woman | 7 Comments

This is for a book about buying diamonds. I am wondering if, all things being equal, understanding diamonds, how to select, buy, mount and give, would make the average guy more appealing? Of would it seem "effemanate" to you? Ladies only please.
Hey- for sll of you who are saying- "Who do You think you are???" etc., please read the question- IT’S FOR A BOOK– as in dispelling popular myths. I’m NOT trying to bash on single women- I am merely interested to see what you might think about the subject! Thanks for reading.

Can weight lifting and a weight gain diet negatively affect general health?

Posted on Feb 23, 2010 under Diet and health | 3 Comments

I’m 25, male, 5′10" tall, and 120 lbs (not a type-o).

I recently had a thorough physical done – all blood work was perfect. I am in very good health, but I’m underweight. Even though I’m very healthy (and underweight), I don’t exercise regularly and I don’t have a perfect diet. I very rarely eat fast food, commercial restaurant food, packaged dinners, beef, pork, or fried food. Other than that, I do what I want. Cokes, ice cream, candy, and a donut here and there. 3 normal meals a day – eggs, meat, potatoes, brocolli, spaghetti, turkey meat loaf, pasta casseroles, whatever.

I want to start a heavy weight lifting regimen and a HEALTHY high calorie weight gain diet, with some protein supplements (no creatine).

My question is, am I fixing something that isn’t broken? Could making these drastic changes have a negative impact on my health since what I’ve been doing has already served me well? If I start eating 4000 calories a day, am I going to see those great bloodwork numbers possibly drift into a bad direction?
I’ll be honest: Even though I’m healthy, I will confess that I want to LOOK better. Hence, I want to gain muscle mass to not look so skinny.

But I don’t want to sacrifice good health for good looks.

What body shape am i?

Posted on Feb 23, 2010 under Body shape | 2 Comments

I ‘m confused because sometmes i think i’m either pear shaped or petite, but then i read about the triangle which seemed like me too.

The Triangle – Madonna
What does it look like?: The triangle or heart shape is characterised by broad shoulders, narrow waist and slim hips and legs. People with this shape tend to have a high metabolism thanks to a high ratio of muscle to fat.

But i tend to put more weight on my hips so they can be curvy, i have thin arms. Upper body tends to be smaller.
I’m 5 foot. 96 pounds now.
Reason to know is because of this article.

Body shape?????

Posted on Feb 23, 2010 under Body shape | 2 Comments

I, unfortunately, have a pear-shaped body. And I absolutely HATE it. Everyone else I see has a straight-shaped body. EVERYONE. It’s not fair. It’s like I’m the only one. I’m planning on losing about 20-25 pounds this year (my New Year’s Resolution), and I was wondering if loseing weight would also help change my body shape. Because I have a big butt, thighs and hips. If it won’t get rid of it, will it at least help it look less…pear-shaped??!!

Happy New Year’s everyone!! :D Talk to you in 2008!
