hi i m shajjo from Pakistan(Karachi) n goin 2 gym from last 4 months i want my lower body slim n cut n in upper body beautiful normal not very massive chest , bigger arms but in shape n cut , shoulders, traps,back n abs all in shape n cut pls help me i m very worried about my body shape pls tell me 5 days workout, excercises n what should i take in food. .i do smoking too. i m 20 yrs old can i increase my height, is it possible? pls help me.
I’m 5′3", 165 lbs, 38C and my measurements are 40-33-43.
The reason I wear a 38C is because my underbust is 35 and around my bust is 40. 38C feels more comfortable while 40C feels too loose.
I really like skinny jeans so I would like to know what styles I should try. I’m tired of wearing jeans that flare out because they are made so long that they go past my feet about five inches.
Also, I know I’m big so I don’t want any "ZOMG ur a whale".
And I am definitely not apple shaped. I have a [very] defined waist. I hate wearing dresses and skirts too.
