I use 20 Ibs. in each hands for 25 reps. do push ups 50 every other day and add one to every other session. I run 8 miles per day along with situps 50 per day and increase one every other day. Do u think that Is good enough to build a good physic body. I weight 147 who is 5 7' and 18 years old.

I've always been a pear, even in my fattest phases I always had a very tight waist so my wardrobe is very nicely chosen accordingly.
about a year ago I started gaining weight around my waist, I never knew u could gain weight on ur back! has anyone been through this? what do I do? r these fats more or less resisting than the old ones? what could have triggered the change and can I change back?
