My measurements are 34-25-35 respectively. I’m 5′8 and seem to have trouble gaining weight in my chest, however, I can also lose weight relatively quickly on my lower half. I’m just not sure if I’d be considered pear shape because someone once told me I was.
I forgot to add that I don’t weight very much, 115 pounds, so maybe that will help in determining answers. Thanks!

i am very very in shape, and im average. im not super skinny but im definitely not fat either. but i want to lose fat on my stomach, and i already have very hard abs. so how long will it take to lose the fat if im already in shape? and how could i do this so it works as fast as it can?
yes chuck. i do have rock hard abs, but thers just a thin layer of fat on my stomach at the same time. it IS possible, so dont even go there with me.
i am 5′7 and weigh about 125-130.

S.O.S! Im too thin and lean…i need to gain weight and have a good body shape.what shud i do literally?

Shoulders: 44
Bust: 37 [wear a 36B]
Waist: 33
Hips: 44

And my thighs are 25 while my arms are 12.5 if this helps.

I might look like a pubescent hourglass, but measurements say I’m a pear/spoon. When I take quizzes I get pear 1/2 the time and hourglass the other. I’m confused.
Also, is there anything I can do to just decrease my waist circumference?

i just feel like it’s such a weird shape…. like i kinda feel like i have a wide rib cage or something, then my waist is narrower, and then my hips are wider, and then right above my legs it’s narrow again.
i think it looks gross… am i the only one who thinks so?

i’m about 5 foot 3 and around 100 pounds. i’m not asking if i’m fat… just if i have a weird figure

What is the quickest way to tone and shape my body?

I just lost 40 pounds. YEA!!!!! I still have about 40 more to go to get to 130 where I’d like to be. I’m pretty pleased with how my stomach has shrunk, I expected a lot of flabby hanging skin from the weight lose there but so far that has not been the case. Of course I still have more to go and I’m hoping that it wont be too bad when i’ve lost it all. Anyway, I want to start toning and shaping. My legs and behind look pretty good for just having lost the weight but if they can look like this NOW…..I know they can look a lot better with toning. What are some of the best ways to tone up muscle and shape? I want to shape my behind some, my legs, work on my abs…..well every where. I’d LOVE to start running because I’ve heard it’s great for your legs and butt but I can even run to the end of the driveway. Is it possible to work up to running at 40 years of age and if so how? I walk about a mile and a half 3 times a week right now at a fast pace, get my heart rate up.
