i started setting the right way for my self to lose weight and know to make my abs appear i need to exercise the WHOLE body up not only my ab area cuz it cant ever be…can someone post me the best whole body fat burning exercise videos or pics with steps…i appreciate ur help and thanks

I am trying to make the world healthier since I used to be overweight and now I am living happy being healthy and I want other people to feel the same way I do.
morning – cofee and milk with half a scoop of protein powder
dinner – quaker oats with half a scoop of protein powder and dried fruits (rasains, apricots etc …)
tea – chicken and bacon ( not fried ) with salad. ( tea may vary because iv just turned 15 so its upto my mum what i have for tea but most the time she does me the chicken and bacon with salad.
i also do a 8 minute ab routine every day and do 3 sets of incline push ups (this is just temporary), i ust to go to the gym 4 days a week but i got kicked out for being underage so im in the process of finding a new gym.
im not fat as i way 11 and a half stone and im 6ft, i have pecs but i just need to make the top of them bigger, i have a 2 pac when not tensing my stomach and a 4 pac when tensing, i am not skinny tho i have alot of muscle so i just need to lose the fat convering it, will this work?
and im planning to do half an hour of cardio two days a week.

ino that an ab workout wont get rid of the fat covering them it just strenghthens them so i do it so that when i do lose the fat they are stong
hello, i binge eat.
last year i became annorexic because i felt like my body was unattractive, short and chubby. i now realise that i was probably o-k, i just had a seriously distorted image. the mild annorexia lasted for a year, until a few months ago; and now i’ve gone from one extreme to the other.
I started binge eating, i think, because i’m under a lot of stress with gcse’s and my mum used to have a drink problem which esculated recently. it started off just as saturday nights when i watched a movie with my family, eating too many malteasers. now i get home from school and eat dorritos, dip, peanut butter, jam, bread, humous, digestives, crisps, fruit, nuts, milkshake… anything.
i know i have a problem, that’s not what i need to hear. i just need to hear what to do and how i can stop this because it’s making me sick. i work out, and i jog, but binging makes this pointless. i used to be slim but now i can see myself losing control of my body and i don’t know how i can help myself. i don’t even want the food, i just constantly think of food and have to eat it..
please take this seriously because it’s kinda taking over my life. i don’t want to be greedy and i definately don’t want to be unfit and chubby.

hey, i ask a lot of these questions, but hey i’m insecure i guess…
today i ate,
breakfast: an egg (boiled and yolky) about half a slice of wholemeal bread and a banana
midday: fruit salad, carrot + celery stick
after school: lots of fruit, 2 cups of spicy tomato juice
dinner: right this is where it all went wrong in my mind, i ate a whole saucepan of linguini pasta with vegetables, chilli and lloyd grossman tomato and chilli sauce
is this terrible? im vegetarian also, so any tips on meal plans or effective exercise, or recipies or snack ideas are really great

so im 15 years old and like most teenage girls i hate my body
im realllyy short and i’ve just come to terms with that
but i realized lately that what i thought was fat on my tummmy, sides and hips is actually extra skin?
it come together realllyy easily and it looks reallyy odd
how can i get rid of this?
a friend has recommended sit ups and stuff and i’ve been doing 15 situps then another 15 straight after twice a day?
what else can i doo?!?!?!
