Ok here is my profile….I’m a girl, 15 I’m 5′6" I currently weigh 127 ( I wanna weigh less than 120 maybe about 117) I’m gonna be a sophomore in high school I play soccer :) so soccer season has been over for me cuz I had an injury I’m fully recovered but I haven’t been as active as I normally am if I was doing soccer for about 6 months now….its summer and I have a membership to my local gym….

I need to know what exercises and routines I can do to build up my calves quads hamstrings hip flexers heart and abs…..the gym is 2 miles from my house so I will alternate walking, jogging, and biking there (I go to lifestyle family fitness, if u can suggest any classes u r familiar with that would be great)

Also I need to know what foods to eat to keep me hydrated cuz I have hypoglycemia so my blood sugar is low and I get dehydrated really fast….I’m currently drinking about 5-7 bottles of water a day…I’m not eating really healthy and I need tips there too

I also wanted to know if there where any vitamins supplaments or anything else I could take before after or during to help burn off the fat faster and help keep it off :)

I know its a lot to ask but I’m working on making the varsity team…I get to start fresh and new this school year since I’m transferring to another school I wanna look great feel great and healthy and play some kick ass soccer :)

Diet Plan for weight loss and health?

I weigh roughly 195 lbs and am around 6′3" tall. I have a small belly and average muscle tone. I want to lose the belly and start to get on a fitness routine for the summer. What are some good diet plans for that sort of thing? Nothing extreme, A reasonable and livable diet plan would be wonderful.

I am 115lbs and I am 13. I was wondering if anyone had any health tips to keep myself healthy.

I was looking into this diet where I would start with eating protein and gradually work my way into eating my fruits and vegetables. Does anyone know what this diet is called?

Trying to lose a little bit of weight, i find that i love chinese chicken and broccoli in the brown sauce, i know this is defintley a health alternative to the other diet disasters on the menu but is it a healthy staple to eat regularly on a diet?

I am trying to lose weight and eat more healthy but I get a terrible sweet tooth sometimes.
Would it ruin my diet and health if I have an iced tea from "Wendy’s" fast food restaurant and have it half sweet and half unsweet?
And if so, can I have it as much as everyday?
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
ps.. Wendy’s sweet tea…calories-190….carbs-49g…..sugars-48g. ..I would just have half of this.

I’m 15 years old, 5′8 and weighing 123. I’m an aspired model and am expecting to go to casting soon, I workout twice daily on the treadmill and rebounder, sit ups and push ups. Today I’ve ate an apple in the morning and a mixture of a cup of green beans and corn. What should I eat for the rest of the day for me to be able to lose weight as fast as possible??

Is cheating one day per week on my low-carb diet bad for my health and weight loss?

My boyfriend and I are in our mid 20’s, athletic and do not have much weight to lose. We are not so much looking to lose weight, but to maintain a diet that will increase our muscle to fat ratio. He is trying lose the fat around his core (he wants a 6-pack versus the 2-pack that he has now) and I am looking to lose inches in my hips and thighs.

We enjoy a low-carb lifestyle because we have experienced positive effects OTHER than weight loss. Our skin is flawless, my restless leg syndrome is gone, we have sustained energy throughout the day, we get better sleep and do not require as much sleep (we wake up without the alarm after 7 hours of sleep versus hitting the snooze button 3x after getting 8 hours) and our long cardio sessions are 10x easier – lighter on our feet and increased endurance.

With all this said, we also love food. Once a week, usually on Sundays after an 1.5 hours of Bikram (Hot) Yoga, we eat whatever we want. Fruit and yogurt in the morning, a sandwich and fries for lunch, pasta or sushi for dinner with a glass of wine, and then a delicious dessert. We don’t binge…we just let ourselves forget about the strict diet 1x a week.

Is this really bad for our health? We understand that we fall out of ketosis and it takes a few days to get back in. We are extremely healthy. We’ve are not at risk for any health issues, non-smokers, and drink very little.

Any thoughts, suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! We haven’t been able to really find a forum that pertains to our lifestyle. From what we have read, a lot of people on this diet have different lifestyles and different goals than we do. Thanks in advance!
