I have recently bought some diet pills for working out, hydroxycut to be exact. I am 5"11 and weigh about 215 pounds ( 21 year old male) , about 40-50 pounds over weight. My goal is to lose this weight in two months. I plan on doing cardio for 1 hour daily and weights for about 30 min. My concern is if trying to lose 40-50 pounds in 2 months will cause any health problems? I am also worried about extra flab to my skin by losing so much weight in a short period. I have gotten advice about trying to gain more muscle and using vitamen E lotion on my skin to avoid / protect my skin, but will this be enough? Any suggestions or concerns.
Thanks

So I'm not really a health food fanatic or anything, but I have a lot of diseases and conditions that are hereditary and I know I can't avoid them completely but it would be nice to prolong them. Does anyone know of a "perfect diet" to ensure a "perfect health?" Not that "perfect" exists but you know what I mean, I hope. I know there are fruits and veggies that are good for you but I also know that an excessive amount is bad. l I do eat red meat and will not stop, but I would be willing to cut back. I would just like a guideline for a day or even better a week. I'm starting to get back into exercising and I know that is also important. Oh and I weigh 105 and I'd like to get back to my regular 115-120, so I'm not wanting a "lose weight" diet. Just more of a healthy anyone diet. Thank you so much!
Oh and I'm not into organic food.
