i’m not sure if this should be in women’s health or diet and fitness, help please?

i’ve been trying to lose weight, and i only have an inch or two left to go (yay :]), but i was wondering if i lose the last two inches will my cup size go along with it? i *know* that you lose fat from everywhere, but is there anyway to see how much you will lose in your breasts when you lose an inch around your waist?

at my heaviest i was a 36C, and now (20 lbs or so lighter) i’m at a 32C. do you think it’s possible i’ll stay at 32C?

if it makes a difference, 18 y.o. and 5′1".

How does cutting pop and fast food out of your diet benefit your body health/weight?

I’m about 5′5", and I’ve always been thin. In 8th grade I got taken off Concerta for my ADD, and grew out of it. People that know about Ritalen and Concerta know that the pills severly make your appetite decrease, causing me to stay rather thin. I also had a fast matabolism. But with age comes maturity and menstration, causing weight gain and such. I’m now a senior in high school, and I weigh 130. My weight is 100% in my rear, but lately I have developed a "pouch" that will never go away. I’m an AVID pop drinker and have been eating a lot of fast foods lately. Will cutting this help, giving me a more naturally balanced diet?

can i get some health advice please and opinions on my diet/workouts?

hey everyone. im about 50-60 lbs overweight and i am looking to lose most of it by january. its just a goal, i will definately not be disappointed in dropping a little less. just want to lose it. in my diet, i have cut out sugars, breads, and i dont drink pop anymore. i drink about 5-6 bottles of water a day. i am going to start walking for an hour, then follow that up with a 30 minute bikeride every day. also do crunches and such in my house. is this a good plan? if not can you please help me to perfect it? thanks a lot!

what is the food lovers diet? I am poor and sick with health problems. please help me?

I have lost my daughter in death. I have grandchildren and I would like to stick around to give them a family. I am on disability and it is hard to buy this and pay bills. If this is something that could teach me a way to eat that would turn my health around, my question is, "why is it so hard to get the truth if it is something we were supposed to do anyway?" Is the richer ones the only ones who deserve health?—–Sorry…I hope I haven’t offended anyone.

okay, i’m a girl i’m 14 i weigh about 125-ish give or take a few pounds i’m about 5 2 or 5 3. am i at the right weight and does any one have any heath, diet, or exercise tip, websites are great too. thanks in advance. -jen.

help with my diet and health pleaseee!?

ok so i’m 17, and at this point I’ve tried about every diet I could! I just can never stick to one!! I always feel like I don’t have the will power to stick to one but I know if I really wanted to I could stick to something. So last year I lost about 10-15 pounds, but it was totally unconscious . and ever since summer began I gained all of that back I weigh 155 pounds and I really need to get back in shape.

I always gain weight in summer because I sleep in late and eat late and really bad foods. I really want to lose about 30-35 pounds and be 120. but I don’t know what to do to actually stick to it!

can someone please help me with this?!

Fiber, diet, health, and constipation. Has anyone been through anything similar that could give tips?

I’m a 21 year old male. I’ve had very little health problems growing up. Actually, none. I didn’t even have a docter until this year. I was so confident on my health, I didn’t even pick a good health insurance this year. Which was a mistake, obviously.

Anyway, last year I was very skinny, weighing in at about 178lbs. I was fairly fit and active. I used to walk 5.5 miles to work about 4 to 5 days a week. Then I got my car. I didn’t really start gaining weight though, because my job was pretty busy and i’d usually sweat up a storm.

Then I got a new job in a factory, which was pretty laid-back and didn’t require much or any physical effort other then standing in the same spot for hours on end. I actually enjoy this job a bit more because the people are nicer and the pay is FAR better. The work is leaps and bounds below exciting, though. Anyway, I started gaining weight. About eight months ago I gained about 10 pounds in two months. I’m not really sure how, but I did. I weigh in at 188-190lbs now. I’m still fairly skinny, I just have some belly fat.

About two months ago I became constipated. And it simply will not go away. I’ve done everything I could think of. I’ve went on a high fiber diet (eating roughly 25-40G of fiber per day, which I know 40g of fiber is way too much). I drink at least 100 ounces of water a day. That seemed to help a *little*, but not enough to bring my bowels back to where I wanted them. It just made me have to go REALLY bad sometimes, but I simply couldn’t. And that stuff becomes overly cumbersome fairly quickly.

I guess I kind of gave up on that, but I never really started eating bad again. I just didn’t pound the fiber. I tried exlax. I would go for one day, then be back to where I started again. Then it got to a point where I would just poop out hard, bulky stuff. I decided I needed to see a docter. I seen him, told him i’ve been constipated for nearly six weeks now, and he simply told me "eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid sugar and fried foods as much as you can". Ok, great. I didn’t have high hopes. So I took the next step, since he obviously wasn’t much help.

I decided to Detox. I went to my local herb store and got some body-cleansing herbs. I just ate whole-grains, vegetables, and fruits for one week. Okay okay I cheated at breakfast, I used less then a pint of milk for my cereal (I used a Fiber one cereal that contained no sugar and had a whopping 13G of fiber in a half a cup). To my surprise I started having bowel movements again. But, I couldn’t control when I wanted to go. My body would just decide to when it wanted to. I went to the bathroom probably twice a day, at least. Which made me happy that I was at least GOING.

But again. I couldn’t go even though I knew I had to, so I felt highly congested and uncomfortable a massive majority of the time. Also, when I did go, my poop was always very very thin, or came out in small chunks. (But it was wet, which is good). I just want my bowels to go back to normal. I want to be able to go and feel that empty feeling of relief again. I always feel, when I do go, that I don’t get rid of everything.

Anyway, has anyone suffered a similar situation? If so, did your bowels ever go back to normal? What did you do, how long did it take? Did nothing work until you decided to start going for that jog? Did you HAVE to use a laxative like Metamucil? Did that actually put you back to normal? I guess I just want stories and solutions, or some advice from someone wise about the topic. I want to know that I can get better.

Hello, I’m 17 years old and I am also 5′1 and I weigh about 145 lbs. I don’t look obese or anything but I have a little belly and butt going on. haha. I want to lose alot (30 lbs) of weight before school starts, I have a little under 2 months. I want some advice on ways to lose weight and things that would be great to eat.
