Posted on Nov 11, 2009 under Exercise | 5 CommentsI’m a 30 year old female who does about 20 minutes of core training with weights a week and rebounding for at least 5 minutes a day. I’ve been doing this since January and have only lost 10 pounds. I have 5 more pounds to lose before my ideal weight. What else can I do to speed this along. I eat somewhat healthy but I’m sure I could always do better. Thanks!
20 minutes of core training every other day was what I meant to say….

Posted on Nov 06, 2009 under Exercise | 9 CommentsI’ve watched what I eat.. I quit drinking carbonated drinks.. I stay away from fast food and anything unhealthy.. I walk, jog, and run.. I even do sit-ups but I’m not losing my tummy.. what do I do??
Does anyone know how much you have to exercise (lift weights I mean) to gain about 7 lbs.?
