Im into fitness but I cant seem to shed the bely fat. I do weight watchers, about 2 hours of cardio a week plus weights, I do crunches and leg lifts. My body fat is about 7-8% and I weigh about 164 and Im 5ft 6in.
Just so everyone knows, I am a male, not female, so my body fat is not unhealthy, should of mentioned that earlier. I am in great shape except for the stomach (belly). Upper and lower abs are good, just the middle sucks…Thanks!

I know biceps and back should only be exercised together on one day, as well as triceps and chest [bench press] exercises on another day…but what about forearms, calfs, shoulders, etc..?

I switch from my stationary bike to an elliptical 2 1/2 weeks ago. It is definitely a better workout as I am sweating and it says I am burning twice the calories as before. Shouldn’t I see some results? How long does it typically take?

When singing, i find it difficult to be in high tone, most time my voice get crack and seize. I can not sing for long period of time without getting my voice seized
