i need some help for my face. what is the best affordable face care product? i have white and black heads, they are embarassing!

Im 12, and this is the time everyone gets pimples!!! Well’ does anyone know a product out there i can use to grt rid of my zits or i mean like help my skin from frequent breakouts? Something thats not too expensive & that your mom would buy for you like at Wallgreens. Please – REAL ANSWERS.
P.S ( i know kids get pimples around this age, but I want to just help my skin, not be sooo oily and when I wake up theres not a new giant one smacked on my face

Ok, so I use Clean and Clear Dual action cleanser. Every day on my face. I have been using it for over 1 year. It works great, it gets rid of my pimples. So my problem is that my skin is oily and I have big pores. Is there any products that minimize the size of pores without causing pimples. I have very sensitive skin. I also have blemishes from other non-pimply acne looking stuff. I want to get rid of my blemishes, oil, and minimize pores. Is there a product for that?
I know all kinds of products say they do all that but which ones actually work?
When you wash your face, were you supposed wash with warm water so it can open the pores. then cold water to rinse and close the pores? or the other way around?
i heard that drinking a lot of milk is bad for your skin (can lead to breakouts, etc.)
